Try A Hammond In Your Home For 14 Days

Available exclusively in partnership with Bonners Music. Try out a sample Hammond XK5, SK1 or SKX in your home for up to 14 days before you decide if it’s the right choice for you.

On selected instruments, you can try out a fully working demonstration model in your home for up to 14 days before you make your final purchase decision. If you decide to proceed with the purchase, we'll send you a brand new instrument, collect the demonstration model, and charge you the difference for the current advertised price of the new product. We'll also refund you the delivery/collection charge if you proceed with the purchase.

If you decide it is not for you, we'll collect the demo instrument and refund you in full, minus the delivery/collection charge of £49.

You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to try out the demo model and decide whether to place an order for the brand new product. After 14 days, you must return the demonstration model to Bonners or you forfeit your right to return the sample product under the terms of this offer.

Hammond Products Available To 'Try Before You Buy'

A delivery charge of £49 will be added to all try-before-you-buy sample products. This is refunded if you proceed to purchase an instrument at the end of the trial period.

1) Call Bonners Music on 01323 639335 to order and pay for your sample product, plus delivery/collection charge of £49.

2) Arrange a convenient delivery day with Bonners.

3) Enjoy trying a Hammond instrument in the comfort of your own home!

After You Have Tried The Product:

If you wish to proceed with purchase:

Call Bonners Music 01323 639335 to confirm your intention to proceed with the purchase and pay the upgrade fee for the new product. Bonners will deliver a brand new instrument to you and arrange collection of the sample unit.

If you wish to cancel the purchase:

Remove any personal data and re-package the instrument for safe transportation.
Call Bonners Music 01323 639335 to arrange collection.
Once the sample unit has been received in satisfactory condition by Bonners, you will be refunded in full.

Try Before You Buy Terms & Conditions

Bonners Music must be contacted on the 14th day at the latest to inform us of your intention to either place an order for the new product or not.

You must keep all cartons and packaging intact, ready to return the sample instrument to Bonners.

Please delete all personal information from the sample product before you return it to Bonners.

The 'Try Before You Buy'' service is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without notice. This offer has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred or assigned.

Sample product must be returned in the same condition as it was received by you. Charges may be made for damage caused whilst in your care.

Sample products are not available for purchase and must be returned to Bonners Music at the and of the 'try before you buy' period.
